Guide :Cycling : Meridian Adult 26-Inch 3-Wheel Bike

REAR BRAKE I JUST PURCHASED A SCHWINN MERIDIAN TRIKE. AFTER ASSEMBLY I FOUND THAT THE REAR BRAKE WAS NOT WORKING. I ADJUSTED THE LINKAGE THEN REALIZED THE BAND WAS CLOSING ON THE HUB AND WAS STOPING IT'S ROTATION, BUT THE SHAFT IT'S MOUNTED ON CONTINUED TO ROTATE. IS THERE A NUT THAT LOCKS DOWN THE BRAKE HUB TO THE SHAFT? DOES THE BRAKE HUB ITSELF SCREW ONTO THE SHAFT? IT DOES LOOK LIKE THE HUB HAS HOLES FOR A SPANNER WRENCH BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY SCHEMATICS FOR THE BREAKDOWN OF IT. ANY IDEAS OR A WEB SITE THAT MIGHT HAVE THIS INFORMATION. THANKS JR
